Donncha Phelan
Hi, I’m Donncha and I am a qualified Ostepath. I work with everyone from babies, to the elderly, to high performance athletes, and everyone in between, to help them optimise the performance of their body, and relieve any aches, pains and strains they may be suffering with.
The system of treatment that I use treats not only the muscular and skeletal systems of your body, but also the relationship between your organs and the rest of your body, as this is where your troubles often lie, and can lead to early exhaustion and/or injury.
Rachel Walsh
Hi, my name’s Rachel, and I am a qualified Athletic Therapist. I received a higher certificate Diploma in Physiology and Health Science from I.T. Carlow in 2018 and went on to receive a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Therapy in 2020. Recently, I have also received a Pilates Instructor Diploma.
I have worked with a variety of different sporting teams, both male and female, including Hurling, Football and Rugby.
Virginia Ziulu
Hi, my name is Virginia, I am a Nutritional Therapist originally from Sardinia in Italy with over 10 years experience in the Health and Wellbeing industry.
I am also an Organic Horticulturist and owner of Barrow View Market Garden on the Kildare/Laois border.
My areas of expertise are Lipoedema, Lymphoedema, Metabolic Health, Hormonal and Gut Health and Cancer Wellbeing support.
